All orders are processed within 24 business hours and products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of being processed, and we will email a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Free shipping is offered to the Continental United States only. Customer is responsible for any additional costs due to special delivery accommodations. Customers in Canada may place an order online, but will need to call our Customer Service Dept. (800) 343-7486 with their order number to determine exact shipping costs.
KM Safari utilizes many different shipping carriers depending on size, weight and destination. For free shipping orders, we ship by the most economical method. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Insurance & Damage
All packages shipped by UPS and Fedex are insured to $100.00. You must inspect your shipment for damage. If you see damage in shipping, you must take a photo of the damage and/or refuse the shipment. If you accept a damaged shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.
Out of Stock Items
We will notify you if we are out of stock within 3 business days of your order being placed and when your items are expected in inventory. Unless you cancel your order with Customer Service
(800) 343-7486, your order will automatically be shipped when it is in stock.
We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with our products. If your KM Safari products arrive damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately (800) 343-7486 for a RMA. Upon customer providing proof of damaged product, KM Safari will issue a pre-paid shipping label for return of the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 14 days. In order to obtain a full refund, you must provide proof of purchase, product must me in the original box and in sellable condition. Product cannot be returned once installed on a vehicle. Shipping costs will not be covered for non-damaged returns. Customer reserves the rights to refuse damaged boxes at time of delivery.

KM Safari requires customers to provide contact information (such as name, credit card information, billing address and email address). We use this information to make contact with customers and process orders and payments when necessary. Additionally, we may send customers promotional material. KM Safari does not sell or give out any personal information to third parties.

Kargo Master Inc. extends to the original purchaser of this Kargo Master product:
LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY: If your product cracks, bends, buckles, or structurally fails in any way, Kargo Master, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair the product.
EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, impairment from accidents, and/or overloading above the stated rack capacity. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs made outside the factory without factory authorization. Any alterations to this product renders these warranties null and void.
LIMITED WARRANTY: This frame warranty contains all of the terms of the warranty being provided in connection with Kargo Master products. No person is authorized to make any changes or additions to the terms set forth herein unless they are set forth in writing and signed by an officer of the Company. All other express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. If the Kargo Master product failure is covered by the Frame Warranty, the Company’s sole obligation shall be replacement or repair of the Kargo Master product described above. In no event will the company be liable or responsible to the purchaser, employees or agents of the purchaser, family members or other users for any damages other than the cost to replace or repair the Kargo Master product as described above. This limitation applies to damages of any kind, including any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings, loss of use or cost of capital, physical injury or death, or other special incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise or whether arising out of the use of or the inability to use the Kargo Master product. This warranty is limited: thus the terms and conditions of the warranty should be reviewed and understood before purchasing or installing the Kargo Master product.
